PRICES & PAYMENT
The price of a product is the price quoted on daiiys.com at the time you complete your order. The price for shipping is visible on the checkout page and on your order confirmation. Reservations are made for sold out items and all orders must be accepted by Daiiys. Price and stock can change at any time without prior notice. All prices are incl. VAT and any other taxes. Daiiys is not required to sell a product displayed with a wrong price. However, Daiiys will have to correct the error as soon as possible, if it should happen that the price is wrong.
When you order goods, you confirm that all your information at the time of purchase is correct and complete. Your purchase contract for purchase through www.daiiys.com is between you and Daiiys ApS. You also confirm that all purchases are for your own use in your domestic country and thereby not intended for resale.
We make every effort to ensure that all product descriptions, specifications and prices of our products on the site are accurate. Product information and specifications are not binding but are carefully described with the purpose of providing a general and satisfying description of each product. Any colour differences must be taken into account: pictures come close to the colours that the products actually have. However, we can not be held responsible for differences in colours caused by differences in browser software or devices (computers, mobiles, tablets, etc.).
Payment can be made by different types of credit cards such as Dankort, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and debit cards. Our chosen payment provider is Stripe. Stripe is an authorized and certified payment provider to secure your payment information. This means that your payment information is encrypted, so neither daiiys.com nor anyone else can access your payment information. It is not possible for neither the payment provider nor daiiys.com to withdraw a larger amount than you have approved when completing the purchase. The amount will be deducted from your card when we have shipped the item (s).
Products are currently only shipped to Denmark. We ship to your nearest pick-up location. Delivery time is usually between 3-5 business days, for all items we have in stock. Daiiys ApS is responsible for the goods until you receive them.
DELIVERY IN DENMARK
We offer a flat rate of 15 DKK for shipping within Denmark.
We are happy when you are happy. Therefore, you can return your goods if you regret your purchase. The goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are returned in perfect condition and preferably in the original shipping package that you received them in. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and inform us that you want to return your goods. It is not possible to make use of the cancellation right by refusing to receive the package without letting us know that you wish to return the goods. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs when returning the goods. We will refund the amount with the same payment method that you used to for your purchase and within 14 days after we have received your returned package.

When you shop at www.daiiys.com you have 24 month of warranty. It means that if a product has a defect then we can offer you to repair the item, send you a new one, offering you a discount or a refund - depending on the specific situation. In order to make use of the warranty it is a requirement that the complaint is reasonable and that the defect has not occurred due to incorrect use or other damaging behavior. You must reach out to us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within 2 months after you have discovered the defect, the complaint will be within reasonable time. If your complaint is warranted then we will cover your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be returned in a proper shipping packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipping, so that we can cover your shipping costs. When you return your item, please describe the reason as detailed as possible. Please note, we do not receive packages without shipment or packages shipped with COD.
